Delivery & Returns
Comprising of two Torrington arm chairs with a connecting table. Can be used with or without a parasol. Centre table lifts off, if not required, to leave two single arm chairs. Can also be used with one footstool.
Our Torrington range also features Torrington Classic and Deluxe Arm Chairs, larger Torrington Garden Seats, available with and without side tables . We also have our unique Torrington rocking chairs which are available in a single Torrington Garden Rocking Chair or a larger Torrington Rocking Garden Seat.

Delivery Info
All our wooden garden furniture and bridges are manufactured and dispatched from our own workshop. We are now quoting roughly 2 weeks delivery time from receipt of order, however at peak times this may be slightly longer. All of our prices include delivery, and we will contact you regarding your delivery once it is ready to be despatched from our workshop.
Please note we do use an outside courier for our deliveries and they will only deliver to your door.
We are unable to book specific delivery days as all deliveries are booked onto a delivery round.
Please make sure upon delivery you have all of your consignments, if you are missing any for any reason please contact us within 5 days as after this time we are unable to take responsibility for any parcels that have failed to be delivered.
Returning a Product
At Tony Ward Garden Furniture we take every effort to ensure all products are dispatched to customers in perfect condition and without any faults. However if on receiving your item/s they are either unwanted, faulty or incorrect then please follow the information below.
PLEASE NOTE BESPOKE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED.
Unwanted Items
If you buy an item from Tony Ward and find that on delivery you no longer want it or you have incorrectly ordered you can return it providing that the product is unused and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. However, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery time.
We will arrange for the goods to be collected and returned to us and once received back to ourselves, we will refund the cost of the item/s excluding the original delivery cost and collection/return costs.
If payment was made via Paypal all refunds will be made minus any fees we have incurred on your origional order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make arrangements to rectify the situation.
We will arrange a collection and on delivery back to ourselves will refund or replace your order.
Please note after this time we are unable to offer this service.
All items will be returned to our workshop at : Tony Ward Garden Furniture.

Enhanced grip where you need it most
ArborGrip low-slip inserts utilise aggregate with a granular size of between 0.9mm and 1.1mm, with a Mohs hardness level of nine - a scale where 10 is the highest. These inserts are applied to grooved timber decking profiles which reduces the risk of slipping when walking on a level surface.
Stained and Unstained Wood
All of our furniture is made from pressure treated timber as standard.
This process helps to protect the timber from fungal and bacterial growth, insects and moisture.
Stained Wood Option
For a small extra charge, we will treat your furniture with Barrettine Wood Preserver, in the shade Summer Tan.
Barrettine Wood Preserver is an oil based preserver, which nourishes the wood.
This further protects the wood against wet rot, decay and wood-boring insects.
All our products are manufactured from pressure treated timber to give them a long service life with low maintenance.

The table is of stella build a 40 stone person could dance on it safely and a patio parasol in the centre hole would be fine in a wind.
